Hello ladies. I had a miscarriage at just under 8 weeks back in march it was my first and only pregnancy. I had incredibly sore boobs and fatigue and frequent urination. (I would of course give anything to have those symptoms back!) I was wondering if those of you carrying or who have had your rainbow babies if your early pregnancy symptoms were exactly the same with your rainbow baby? Or completely different? Currently 6DPO and anxiously awaiting sore boobs and frequent toilet trips!
