37 weeks. Leg cramps?

I'm 37 weeks and get leg cramps on my right leg. I drink tons of water!!! Is anyone else having leg cramps?

Me!!! Ugh I've been having them ever since I entered my 9th month! haha i ether pull a muscle during the night or early in the morning.. and I drink a ton!!

Try a little tonic water before bed. It has helped me in the past. Good luck!

I had the same issue, I eat a banana every day and drink 120oz water... I upped my salt intake a little and it seemed to help

You could have low potassium or magnesium levels. Eat bananas, pregnant or not the potassium does wonders for muscle cramps.

I've had them since 30 weeks. Doctor said it was because I'm only 5 foot with a huge belly.
