Elevated Prolactin

So I'm 17 years old and I had blood work done on the 4th day of my period and it showed that my prolactin is at a 31 which is high for someone who is obviously not pregnant because I was on my period. I have an appointment later in the month. Does this mean that I can't have kids or it's hard for me to have kids currently. I'm really scared and confused I leave for college in a month lol please help. My periods are always late, painful, and high anxiety as I am always convinced I am pregnant.
