Any without symptoms?

I'm trying to conceive my first and haven't had AF in now over 2 months. I took a pregnancy test twice and both said no :( I decided I'm not taking another until I have symptoms. Like sore breast, nausea, anything. AF varies about 10 days. I was wondering if a lot of people just don't have symptoms and I should just test regularly?
