Okay so I have PCOS and I have too much testosterone in me which means that my bum is shaped like a males. I have no hips and no bum. It really gets me down which is why I'm finally moving myself to do something about it.
I was wondering, if anyone has had the same issue as me - but even if you haven't, what are the most effective workouts to help lift my bum and get my hips a bit more wider?
I have no confidence at all because of it! I never wear jeans/leggings, and if I do, I wear a jacket that's long so it covers my bum. I mostly stick to wearing skirts/dresses that don't cling to me so no one can really tell I have no shape.
