Banana chips

So I just thought I would share a recipe I made today as a healthy alternative for potato chips... banana chips! I found the recipe on "Yummly" if you want to check it out there, but it's 3 ingredients and they taste so amazing!

Ingredients:

- bananas

- lemon juice

- salt, cinnamon, or chocolate for a topping

Instructions:

1. Peel and cut bananas into thin slices

2. Place them on a baking sheet, it doesn't matter how close or far they are from each other because they won't expand. Since we're taking away the moisture, they might shrink a little.

3. Lightly glaze each banana with lemon juice to prevent too much browning, but don't get scared if your chips still turn brown, they still taste amazing!

4. Set oven to 250 F and bake the bananas for 2 hours. After 1 hour, flip the bananas so the other side can bake

5.let the chips cool, then top them however you like, and there you have it!
