TMI: Hemorrhoid

Ok hey mamas! So I'm just going to put this out there. Have any of you experienced thrombosed external or internal hemorrhoids while pregnant? Did it go away on its own?

I'm in so much pain! Day 3 with what looks to be an internal thrombosed hemorrhoid. Black in color in one area has me thinking it's a blood clot? I know this is so gross but it's serious! And my anxiety has me worrying! I don't know what to do. I've tried sitz baths, prep h cream, tucks, witch hazel pads, colod ice compress... help!
