I think I'm crazy!

I haven't had a period in 3 years, as I got an IUD after my first child. I got my IUD taken out May 31st and it hadn't returned. I have felt so confused about how to start guessing when I might ovulate. I took a test last week and it was negative. I took this one on a whim, as I have sore breasts, even though it's the middle of the afternoon. Am I crazy or is there a line?
