Can u climb stairs after C-Section? Panicking!!!

I live 3rd floor of my apt...lots of stairs and I'm having a C section aug...so I'm freaking out!!!!

My house is on three floors and it's quite big I could climb my stairs but it took me time and I will be honest it does hurt. Just take it easy  caesarean is a major operation. This was my third caesarean my son was born on 24/04

I have had 3 c sections 4th in 19 days, and i can do stairs aftrr c section just take it slowly and breaks up them if needed goos luck :)
