My daughter is 3.5 months old & hasn't needed a middle of the night feeding for about a month now & sleeps through the night. However, for about a week or so now, around 5am, she starts flopping around like a fish out of water & never settles back down. She will stay asleep, but she keeps me awake for the rest of the night with all the noise she is making. She sleeps in her basinette next to the bed. I've tried picking her up to soothe her back to a deep sleep but it only works for roughly 30 minutes. How do I get her to sleep soundly again? Any suggestions?
