I'm always very sexually charged while I have my period and have never met a single partner who wanted to "wait it out." The penetration alone soothes my cramping and the orgasm elicits some well-deserved endorphins! Throw a towel down along with any shame and you're good to go. Having sex on your period isnt that bad, and its not for everyone but it can take some time to get in the mood, especially  since women on thier periods are already moody haha. Im not sure if it relieves cramps or not, but it still will make u feel better afterwards.

I just figured if the doctor tell you it's good to hv sex b4u have a bby to open your cervix then that would work all the same with cramps....! Most of our pain comes from the. Cervix opening to pass clots.

I do sometimes, but I have a pretty light period (luckily). If I have cramps I can't even move, so I don't have input on that, but I wouldn't think so. I might be wrong though.
