Funny breathing and coughing?

Hi mamas, I've noticed that over the last couple of weeks my three month old baby has maybe once or twice a day at most had small little spells of breathing that sounds like there is fluid in her throat, or phlegm... She does have a bit of silent reflux so I hold her upright for 30 mins after each feed, but she still breathes funny like this sometimes. Doesn't seem to cause her any distress or pain though. But for the last day or so I've also noticed she has a loud, bark-like kind of cough (not when she's breathing funny though). I'm a first time mum so I have no idea if the two combined are symptoms of something, or if they're signs of two different things. It's winter here in Australia so she could just be getting a cold?? I have a doctors appointment for tomorrow afternoon, but I thought I'd check here and see if anybody has experienced the same with their baby or if anybody has any ideas of what it is that I can ask the doctor about tomorrow (:
