So many tests?

So aside from normal confirmation u/s and scheduled anatomy scan at 20 weeks, I also had a nuchal trans and am scheduled for a fetal echo at 22 weeks. Is this normal? My first pregnancy didn't have anything extra.

If you have elevated risk for DS they like to do fetal echo because the risk of heart defect is so high with DS.

The u/s was fine but I have an elevated risk of Down Syndrome based on the blood test, so I'm having another one next week to rule it out.

Were you considered high risk for Down syndrome or was the nuchal transluceny abnormal?
