Never experienced ovulation pain before. Do you think that's what this was?

I felt pinching on the left side of my pelvis for about 15 minutes today. Never felt this before. According to glow I should have ovulated around the 14th. Could I have ovulated this much later or is it probably something else?

Glow just estimates when you possibly could ovulate so I would use opks to make sure when you do but cramping between periods or any kind of pain is usually associated with ovulation.

I got pinching on both ovaries. Hurt a bit but not painful. Sounds like ovulation pain to me.

I get O pains every month. From the time I start to O up until Af. It's like 2 weeks of solid hell for me. 😣

Could be that or just an ovarian cyst popping, I get those a lot.

I never had ovulation pains before...until this month it went on and off for a full day. It was not fun :p
