Losing weight with injuries
Hiya girls
Would love some advice on how to start. I'm 5ft & 61kg (size 10/12uk) and over past few months my weight is getting me so frustrated and down. Being petite I've piled on the weight mostly all in midsection so definitely apple shaped now. I just don't know how or where to begin ☹️ I got married in 2013 and was 52kg!!
Medical history;
Suffer with degenerative disc disease and bulges in lower back L4/S1- so basically chronic lower back issues for life
Last year I got a personal trainer who overworked me with HIT and I ended up injured with back spasms for 3 months. Took year worth of chiro to sort it out
Few months ago I became pregnant and was thrilled but I had a miscarriage at 3 months. Now I'm trying again but desperately want to shed this weight.
Anyone with similar back problems would love how you started exercising/weight loss? And any diets you would recommend?
I want to loose least 5kgs for the sake of my joints as I have never been this heavy in my life and my whole body aches
