What has helped with constipation for you guys?

I'm feeling really clogged and especially because I was in the ER and I feel like the meds they gave me might've made it worse but what has helped it for you guys?
I feel the pressure I have to go but it just doesn't feel to ready to come out (if you know what I mean lol)

I'm 33 weeks 1 Day.

Magnesium Calm...it works wonders. I drink at night before bed (helps restless leg too), and in the morning I've had a much easier time going. You know when you're at your max as your stool will be very loose.

Asparagus broccoli spinach grapes Eat each one of these within a day or two you will be amazed i eat grapes like they are going out of style never have a constipation problem until I went a bit over board with pb&j lol

I've been extremely constipated the entire pregnancy. Stool softeners help. I tried eating a lot of prunes, fruit, salad but then was diagnosed with gestational diabetes and had to lay off the fruits. Even with the stool softeners I'm still having a hard time going. Drink lots of water too.
