The nausea is REAL this morning !
Woke up super nauseous, had to be to work by 8am . I look great but feel like a horrible mess, and the fact that I'm still trying to hide my pregnancy from my bosses and co workers makes it even harder. I was able to grab a quick breakfast but I forgot my lunch at home and I don't get breaks and I'm here until 3:30 😩 I'm considering in trying one of those wrist bands that help out with nausea, has anyone tried it, does it really work ?
