TTC baby #2. Using ovulation test for first time

Hello all. I had a period June 29-July 5. We have decided to TTC BABY #2 this month. I have been using the glow app for over a year and it has been very consistent as far as cycle goes. I started using Clearblue advanced digital ovulation test yesterday (day 10) and it was low fertility results. This morning I tested and got a flashing smiley (high fertility). Does this mean I am going to ovulate within 24-36 hours or is that when I get the "Peak" smiley? Thanks in advance!
