birthday today & cant enjoy it !

doctors said I'm having a threatened miscarriage.. I'm 6 weeks , my HCG levels went from 4800 to 4000 in 4 days.. it's slowly going down, so I'm on bedrest until I follow up with my OB .. 💔 second pregnancy, but my first one ended at 6months due to cord problems last year.. don't think it's meant for me to have kids 😩😞😪😭
