IUI or IVF
Hey everyone! My husband and I have been ttc for about 3 1/2 years. We have misscarried twice, very early on. We have since started seeing a fertility specialist. Recently we had a water ultrasound to check the lining of my uterus and do an egg count. All looks great! So let me back track a bit, back in 2009 I had a bowel resection (big operation). I have always been worried that my surgery has had a role in this trying to conceive. Well in January 207 I had an hsg ultrasound (to check if my tubes are open) well they are.. The doctor said everything looks fine!! So now at the specialist she had looked at those images and it shows one of my tubes that wraps around the back side of my uterus, and one that sticks straight out. So she has given us 3 options. 1) do a laparoscopy surgery to check the tubes placement and try to get them back to normal position. 2) go straight to IVF. 3) try IUI.
Not really wanting to have another surgery..
Praying we conceive on our own this month. But if not we should try one of the options.. Help!!
