I give up. Its never going to happen.

We have been trying for over a year, only 100% committed trying for the last 8 months ,but nothing so far. Now here I am 3 months without a period, negative tests and blood work, and I used to be pretty regular. Idk what else to do besides give up. I know everyone says stop trying and it will happen, but I highly doubt it if I'm not even having a period. I'm just done. I'm just going to accept that it's probably never going to happen.
