Week 10 size of plum???

Question

Week 10 says the baby is the size of a plum. I just was at the grocery store and the plums are bigger than limes (which is suppose to be the size of week 11). I can't imagine my baby is that big, if it was I'm sure I'd be showing at least a little bit. Thoughts on true size comparisons?

I've seen some say prune- so maybe by plum they mean "shriveled plum that's really the size of a prune" hahah

Ha! I had the same reaction this morning. I was like, that is a LOT bigger than a green olive (the previous analogy)!!

There are different kinds of plums. The app today told me mine is the size of a strawberry, but it said wild strawberry. Which means the tiny kind we grow in our garden, not the steroid ones in the grocery store 😂 We used to grow plums in our backyard, and they were about the size of a small egg. Hope that makes sense.

I read the size of a date at 10 w and a lime or fig at 11 w. Plum is at 12 w. I guess it's just an easy visual guide for people to picture so I wouldn't get to hung up on it. I've had huge plums lol
