I'm so incredibly proud of myself I have made it to 6 months of breast feeding! Mastitis once thrush twice I overcame it😊 now my supply is really taken a hit (I think my thyroid is messed up which I read can decrease your supply) part of me says I made it to my goal if it dries up I'm fine the other part of me feels horribly guilty for stopping before a year. Is 6 months good enough if I don't fight to keep my supply. If I drop down to only pumping once at work (7-5) will I be able to potentially keep my supply to be able to just feed him in the morning and after work or will it cause me to dry up all the way?
