Does anyone know whats happening to me?

My periods are regular. But I missed it for a whole week. So yesterday I took a pregnancy test and got a very faint positive. But this morning at around 2am I started spotting light pink. Then at about 8am it was bright red and almost period-like. Now it seems to have stopped all together. 
I'm feeling really nauseous and extremely crampy still though. 
I'm so confused. Does anyone have any idea what's happening?

If the bleeding continues then unfortunately you may be having a very early miscarriage usually due to chromosomal abnormality. Once the bleeding stops take another pregnancy test and see if it's positive or negative. If the bleeding is so heavy you're soaking through pads quickly or you're in pain then go to the ER. If the bleeding stops soon then it may not be a miscarriage, some women bleed early pregnancy.

Could be a chemical pregnancy, aka super early miscarriage. They are extremely common, 1 in 4 ... The reason we catch them at all now is because our early pregnancy test are so sensitive. Anyway I would keep taking pregnancy tests every few days, if it gets darker then you're still pregnant, but if it starts to fade then it was a chemical…

Also could be implantation bleeding I would make an appointment or go see a doctor
