Unexplained bruises??

Question

I have these bruises all over my legs with ZERO idea where they came from. Any ideas on what could be causing this? Some sort of medical condition that causes random bruising maybe?

I'm seriously concerned...it looks like I got beaten up!
I don't see the bruises anywhere besides my legs.
I'm EBF a 9 month old if that helps at all.

Anemia? There are many illnesses which cause bruising. I would see a doctor.

You need to go have blood work done. Soon as you can. Could be any number of things but just get it checked out and be sure.

I have the same issue .. I get bruces out of no where so I went to my doctor n I was told I have anemia .. she recommended i take iron pills .. but just so u can b sure go to ur doctor so they can do blood work

Could be low iron. Do you take any meds that cause blood thinning? Its important to have it checked out though x

Wow. I'm anemic and bruise very easily but I have to get hit.

If they take a while to heal or show up randomly then you might want to get it checked out by a doc, just to have some piece of mind and make sure your blood counts are all normal.
