What do you use for your period?

I can only use pads because anything else just hurts, but apparently not using tampons or a cup is babyish. :( What do people actually use?

I use pads at night because I don't like to sleep wear a Ramon and j also wear pads if I'm chilling or working from home. I use tampons at work, swimming, or exersizing

I use a cup. That's what works for ME. Tampons cause extreme cramps and I have allergic reactions to pads. 🤷🏼‍♀️ What works for me might not work for you. That doesn't make you babyish.

I mostly use tampons, but for me not all tampons are created equal. Some hurt and some don't.  My favorite are Tampax pearl which is weird cuz I can't stand regular tampax!! They are the the worst...for me anyways

Use what you're comfortable using. Tampons feel really uncomfortable and hurt me so I use pads.
