Working out 😭😭


I just haven't had the energy the past couple of weeks!

I'm starting to feel so bad about not working out. It's bumming me out!!

I swear up and down that I'm gonna workout one point throughout my day but I lift those weights and just feel like a noodle.

I used to depend on preworkout to get me up and going but that's not an option anymore.

I gain muscle quickly and lose it just as fast! It's been such a bummer.

Any advice on an energy booster?

I've tried carbs before a workout but hasn't helped.
