Taking Time For Yourself...How Often?

I find that I just get tired of people. I also feel like I’m a bother to people at times so I take down all my social media, put my phone on silent and don’t want to talk to anybody when I’m going through this. This happens pretty often for me. During this time, I watch movies, read books, work on refinishing furniture and just chilling out. It seems to help some. How often do you take time for yourself and how effective do you think it is?
