How often do you change a wet diaper?

So I'm talking about pee only, not poop. 
Do you change it after 1 pee even if its barely wet or do you wait for the diaper to fill up a little?

I change my baby every time i fed him which is every 3 hours

Usually little one fusses if hes wet (sometimes even if its just one pee) but basically baby led changing all the time.

I change about every 2 hours unless I notice poop, then I change right away. Also change before we leave the house.

I usually change it with every feed so every 1 and a half to 3 hrs. But if he fusses between feeds it's usually is diaper but I never let him sit in it for more than 3 hrs unless it's night time.

We change for pee: at each feed, before bed, when he wakes up, and if we're leaving the house. And obviously asap when he poops.

I usually change her diaper every hour, sometimes 2 hours. Sounds gross, but I'll just smell her diaper and I can tell if it needs to be changed.

Depends. Sometimes I'll let it go for a bit but other times if he's super fussy I'll change it in hopes that's what's wrong, so sometimes it's every 3 hours and sometimes it's within an hour. My LO pees SOOOO much lol. During the night I only have to change him once usually
