I need some advice. I bought myself a diva cup the other day and I was so excited because I'd never have to worry about tamping again! But when I put it in the first time it was uncomfortable. It made me feel like I had a mild cramp. I took it out within 30 mins and thought maybe I just put it in wrong. But I tried again today and it still felt uncomfortable. Do you get used to the feeling? Any tips or tricks to this thing?
