Can I take a bath while on my period?

I know it sounds dumb, but I've never done it lol

I take hot baths all the time on my period without a tampon. Usually my first two days are the heaviest and I cramp the most. Soaking in the bath helps. Anytime I take a bath I drain it and finish with a shower so I can can off.

I do. I usually bring a piece of toilet paper in with me because I usually pass a floaty when I first get in. Then your period stops while your in the tub. Like the pressure from the water stops you from bleeding in the water.

Of course!  It helps alot with cramps and back pain for me. I almost fall asleep each time I take a bath hahaha

It's the best, you should really try it. I feel so dirty on my period, it's the only time of the month I take 2 showers a day.  5-10 min long, no hair washing.

You can because the hot water will stop the bleeding.... I used to just take showers too
