I usually hate the "am I pregnant?" posts, but my boyfriend has been worried and now I am too. I have nexplanon, and we have sex a lot. Because of the implant we don't use condoms and he finishes inside.

We've been having sex for about 3 months now. I spotted a few weeks ago and now I'm not cramping.. but when I push in my stomach I cramp. Also, the last 2 weeks I've felt bloated, and I'm gaining weight. And, my breaths are usually tender on and on and off pattern. I know all of this are possible side effects or nexplanon, but I've had it since January and I've never experienced any symptoms besides not having a period and some acne. My boyfriend says I might just have ovulating pains and spotting from the implant, but he over thinks sometimes and now I'm kind of worried. If someone could let me know what you think is going on and/ or if I should be worried. Also, if you have questions that would help you help me feel free to ask.
