Best time to test with OPK?

I've read so many different things about the best time to test. Some say AM, some say mid-day, but everything says whatever time you choose, be consistent. Any advice from those that use opk??

I have been seeing a fertility specialist and he gave me a paper that says test in the morning.

I've heard and read first thing in the morning, you need the pee at its most concentrated and to be consistent everyday. Morning solves both of those

I've been wondering this too.  I've read repeatedly that you shouldn't pee for like 4 hours prior to the test.  But I pee a lot, so the only time that works for me is like first thing in the morning! Lol
