What the heck OPK!?

So, I miscarried at the end of February. I'm currently TTC, I'm on cycle 5 post-miscarriage. I've used OPKs most days of all cycles since. And I have never gotten a "true positive". Am I not ovulating? I'm confused. Lol. I don't understand the things. Help? 😇
