Does anyone experience bad breakouts? If so what has helped you?

Ever since I got off birth control my breakouts are super painful. I get the nasty under the skin pimples that feel like bruises. Any advice or home remedies would be super helpful!

I can't use harsh soaps they dry out the skin and make it worse so i use baby soap pat it dry and then I just try to not eat greasy foods or chocolate. Other than that I just try to stay stress free and stop myself from worrying.

I used to breakout like that. Cleanin. Up my diet, and switching to a natural skincare is what helped me. You don't want to dry out your zits though. Anything that is harsh like that will only backfire and make the problem worse. I used a clay based cleanser because clay draws out impurities without drying out your skin. I also remove my makeup with oil and a washcloth run under very warm/hot (but not enough to burn!) water, before I wash my face. That double cleansing type method really opens up the pores in a gentle way so you can thoroughly clean your skin. And after I've washed an moisturizer, if I am having a couple zits popping up I will spot treat with lavender essential oil as it's very gentle and that gets rid of the zit by morning most the time. (While lavender is one of the most gentle essential oils, you may still have to dilute. I personally don't though unless it tingles a bit when I put it on, then I will dab a drop of oil overtop to dilute.) 
Also, you may want to change what makeup you use. Most makeup is very very bad for your skin. W3ll people makes one that has pretty good coverage while still being natural and easy on your skin.
