Im lost!!! 🤦🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️

3 days late period was due 7/7 pregnancy test negative very nauseous worse as days go by cramps that come and go very very sore nipples... I called my gynecologist office to see if I needed to make an appointment because I have a 4 cm ovarian cyst that will be surgically remove in august, just to make sure it wasn't related I was told to wait it out and re test but if I did not get it by a week to call back and schedule an appointment... all this symptoms are killing me specially when I'm hungry I get more nauseous 😩 seriously I'm lost... can anyone help me with the nausea what to take please!!!
