Chart confusion!

So as you all can see fertility friend says I ovulated on CD12 (Glow also confirmed ovulation for the same day) but yesterday I had this huge temperature spike and it's stayed elevated this morning at 6DPO. Did I not ovulate like my + OPK and sustained BBT elevation? I am so confused at this point!
