Distension after eating/drinking anything?

So, I have had issues with my stomach for at least the past 8 years (since middle school, i'm almost 20 now). My stomach gets distended, bloated, and hard after eating or drinking almost anything. I know it is normal to get bloated after eating a big meal or gassy foods or unhealthy foods or dairy, but mine happens from ANYTHING. I can eat an apple, a salad, a banana, a glass of water, hot tea. My stomach will noticeably distend, get hard, and sometimes cause me pain. It has affected my life since middle school; if I know I am going to the pool or beach, I will not eat anything because I will bloat, even a small snack. I can't wear fitted

shirts, I have to constantly loosen my belt. It is extremely annoying, but i've never had health insurance, so i've never gone to get checked out. I cut out dairy to see if that helped, and it hardly did. I feel that I should just start eliminating foods to find the culprit, but it happens even if all i've had is water! I'm not sure if this sounds like IBS, but I finally have health insurance and will be going to the doctor soon to find the cause of this. This picture is before and after drinking a 16oz glass of water on an empty stomach. Am I crazy, or should I not be this bloated?! Any opinions or help is appreciated, especially if you suffer from the same thing or have been diagnosed with digestive issues. Thanks in advance!

I forgot to mention that the part of my stomach that distends the most is my upper abdomen. I don't know if that means anything, but yeah. TIA!
