Wanting to TTC again

So I got my surprise baby in April and miscarried in May I really want to try again but my SO says we need to wait(which was the original agreement) but I can't help but want my baby back wait a year to 18 just seems like forever to me! We have a 7 year old boy who has been begging for a sibling. I just really want to TTC now instead of waiting.
