With my son I had no issues it was a super easy pregnancy. I'm 10 weeks with my second baby and I keep getting diarrhea. Literally I keep pooping my pants. It's happened from just standing up off the couch! I'm wondering if anyone's had this before during pregnancy? Could I be pregnant with a girl? I was constipated with my son.

I don't think the sex of the baby has anything to do with that. Pooping your pants isn't normal, especially since at only 10 weeks it's not like there's a lot of pressure on your rectum. I'd call your doctor.

Diarrhea is normal for some people during the first trimester, just like morning sickness or constipation is normal for others. I would speak to your Dr if you're super concerned about it thought. My little cousin had it really bad with her pregnancy but it went away after the first trimester. I'm dealing with it now in the third but that's common also.

Start doing kegels to tighten your pelvic floor. This is not normal.
