Im wanting to lose at least 40 ish pounds. I was wondering what diet pills are the best to use. Help!

Diet pills are usually not that great. 1. They may help u loose weight but once you stop them you regain the weight plus some. 2. They are not regulated and get pulled from the shelves all the time for being unsafe.

Do you use myfitnesspal? I have found it very helpful for tracking my macros (protein, carbs, fat). I recommend you get at least 25% of your calories from protein to help you lose fat.
