HELP Swollen and painful labia minora

Last night I started getting real itchy, so I showered and put on some clean baggy pants, to let everything sort itself out. But then I woke up this morning with pain, I went to check things out and my labia minor is swollen, red, and painful. I took a bath to try and soothe the pain, but when I got out to look if it got better, my labia minora was hard and still swollen. I've been with the same partner for about 9 months and this is the first time I've had this and it's been about a week since we had sex. I'm
