Scared 😩

So I'm on the birth control pill, my boyfriend and I haven't had sex of any kind for five months and I've never missed a period on the pill. But this one is extremely light barely even spotting. I'm worried I could be pregnant even though we haven't done anything. I have anxiety and OCD, so I'm coming up with every possible scare, such as accidentally touching Sperm on a toilet seat or wall, then touching myself and becoming pregnant. I've never taken a pill late or missed one. Please help😭
