So me and my husband have been trying to conceive for 3-4 months and have had no luck. I also had an ectopic pregnancy over a year ago and I am afraid it will hurt my chances. Well, I began experiencing mild menstrual cramps 10-11 days before my period and I usually get them 4 days before. Can this be a sign of early pregnancy??? Please give me your insights!!!
