I do! In the shower or on the bed with a towel down. It really does help with cramps and helps the blood cots come out, well at least for me!

Yes, only a few times. Do it in the shower and you don't even notice. I prefer not to but somtimes mt husband just reeeeally wants it and i get annoyed and just do it

Yes! But I only feel confident enough to do it on lower flow days. My SO is good with it: we use a towel if it's needed, or just switch to anal! (Tmi, I know, but anal is amazing if done right between people who trust each other!)
