My fianceé proposed July 1. It was something we had discussed quite often. Two nights ago he asked me if I'd be willing to marry soon. I I said we could probably do it in a few months, around November. Last night he asked me if I'd be willing to have a courthouse wedding, and later on have a ceremony. He has another year of college, and we recently inherited my grandmother's home and dogs. We're Christian's who both strongly believe in abstinence and not living together until marriage which is part of the reason why we're looking to marry quickly.

Has anyone else married right after becoming engaged? Just looking for some support or wisdom. Thank you.
