I know you can oy have a certain amount of caffeine in a day when your pregnant. But I've personally chosen to just cut it out completely! I only drink water or milk. But you should be fine drinking caffeine if you just drink the amount your allowed ☺️ I think it all comes down to personal preference.

Oops picked wrong, I said no but should have said limited. I drink a cup of coffee a day

I picked that I limited it but I usually only have a coke when I have a headache which is maybe once a week! So I pretty much cut it out!

I cut it out starting around 7 or 8 weeks because I had really bad breast tenderness and caffeine made it worse.  By the end of my pregnancy I was so tired that I just made sure to limit myself to one black tea/day.

You can have up to 200 mg of caffeine every day. Normally that's a cup of coffee or multiple cans of soda.

I kept it to one coffee a day from dd! My baby is growing perfectly and no problems
