Insomnia
~4 weeks pregnant. I'm caught in this terrible cycle of being exhausted in the afternoon but then have horrible insomnia at night. I'm talking like not falling asleep before 1AM if I'm lucky but usually much later. What are some good energy boosters for during the day that won't make my insomnia worse? What can I do for the insomnia?
I have a toddler so I can't nap and he wakes up pretty early in the morning.
I don't really like medicine unless it's absolutely necessary & would like to stick to something natural.
