Talking to two guys?

So recently I met this very attractive guy. I'm really into him but I don't want him getting his hopes up and last night he told me I make him really happy & that he'd do anything for me. I'm just not really that into getting into something serious (if that makes sense. ) I'm still in a complicated situation with my ex/boyfriend. How do I tell this guy that I don't wanna talk anymore without being a bitch and hurt him? But most importantly how do I tell my boyfriend who I'm trying to work on things with this...?😞😞😞
