UTI??

So I'm 6 weeks postpartum this week and have my check up Thursday so of course I'm discussing this with my dr then. Just wondering till then what the cause may be and if there's anything I can do till then. Yesterday I had this stinging while peeing and it almost felt like a blockage in my urethra. Like I really had to go but little was coming out. Then I was fine. This morning I had the same blockage feeling but it didn't hurt. After I was fine. Now this evening the blockage feeling with stinging while peeing again and burning after. Never really had a UTI so I'm not sure what to look for.
